The PSX Support Technical Course is meant for IT Support Professionals to develop the necessary skills for supporting and managing PSX Call Routing in the world of modern IP. This course location is targeted for actual deployment, and the learning structure is to show you how to configure and maintain the PSX Policy Server and its relationship with Session Border Controllers (SBCs) to provide correct call routing and number translations. 

Students will learn practical skills about how to provision elements and enforce policy in the PSX database related to common Ribbon Communications solutions. Students will be taught the call flow logic of the provisioning and interactions between the PSV policy server and the SBC, and then required to populate critical routing tables.
