RAMP16 - RAMP Implementation Course

Last Updated: 26 06 2025

The RAMP 16 Course is designed to equip IT professionals with the essential skills needed to manually install the Ribbon Application Management Platform (RAMP) on a VMware environment using preassembled OVA and configuration ISO files.

Delivered by the Best Corporate Training Company and recognised as the Best Training Company, this course offers a hands-on learning experience tailored for individuals responsible for deploying RAMP systems.

Learners will gain an in-depth understanding of CentOS Linux server setup, the manual deployment of RAMP via VMware, and how to effectively manage backup and restore operations.

The course guides participants through the entire process, from gathering and configuring the necessary installation files to completing the deployment using CentOS 8 Stream. Additionally, learners will develop the ability to restore system configurations and manage licensing tasks within RAMP.

Prior knowledge of Linux administration, file transfer techniques, and the VI editor is expected. Depending on their background, learners may be required to complete a foundational RAMP overview or basic courses. By the end of this instructor-led training, participants will be confident in deploying and maintaining RAMP in VMware environments with precision and efficiency.
